Introducing our new Lawyer Katherine Edwards of G&B Lawyers


G&B Lawyers is pleased to welcome a new lawyer to the Planning & Environmental legal team.

Katherine Edwards was formerly in-house legal counsel at Dial-A-Dump Industries, a major recycling and landfill company in Sydney. 

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wollongong.

She has experience in dealing with:

·         All aspects of EPA work;  
·         Liaising with external stakeholders and regulators;
·         Assisting and managing work, health & safety issues;
·         Environmental investigations and compliance;
·         Assisting in litigation;
·         Conveyancing.

    Hello,
    Thanks for informative info you have shared...Probate is the legal process whereby a will is proved in a court and accepted as a valid public document that is the true last testament of the deceased.
